Our classic Hug Monster T-shirt can be ordered directly from our parent company, bitServe. These shirts are professionally screen printed on 100% cotton Gildan® heavy weight T-shirts by Underground Printing.

Screen printing does not involve the use of heat pressing, or fabric dying. Rather, a screen is used to mask off the design that is then squeegeed onto the shirt and heat cured. This is the most common style of garment printing. Most concert and novelty T-shirts use this method. Scren printing provides the most crisp graphics available, as well as longevity of the design. Although the ink should not crack, the design does fade a little after being run through the clothes dryer for a few years. Turning the shirt inside out will increase the longevity of the design.

Our screen printed shirts are available in two colors (black or white), and sizes Medium through XX-Large.

CafePress.com has chosen a dye sublimation production technique that they claim has the best color and long term feel. This method uses chemicals and heat to actually dye the fabric to the colors on the design. The trade off is that even the places where there is no design will feel a bit "rubbery" for the first few washes. It will get softer. Please follow the washing instructions enclosed with your order to ensure the maximum life of your new shirt. The design may fade after a few years, but it should never crack.

The dye sublimation shirts are only available in white, but come in many more sizes and styles.
